Shipping is on the house

SP3i will ship your board – absolutely FREE – to anywhere within the borders of the United States. Estimated shipping times and handling charges are posted for each individual product on its related product page. Should shipping be delayed, you will be notified of the estimated shipping date by either email or telephone.

Note: Shipping and handling prices will always depend on the product(s) ordered, method of shipment and the final delivery destination. Some U.S. ground shipments will be shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground. If you prefer a faster shipping method, please contact us at info@sp3isports.com and we will try to arrange some other accommodation to meet your needs. Products that are too large for UPS or FedEx Ground are noted on their product page and will be shipped via motor freight to a commercial/business address only.

An adult signature will also be required for all products sent. If you wish to have this requirement waived, you can make this request in the comment box during electronic checkout.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

If a product needs to be returned, please notify our Customer Relations department at info@sp3isports.com within five (5) days of receipt of the product for complete instructions. To help prevent the need for returns, refunds or exchanges, please review all products during checkout before placing your order.

Shipping Damages

Every product we ship is fully insured and packaged to prevent damage during transit. Unfortunately, sometimes damages can still occur. If you receive a product that has been damaged, immediately contact info@sp3isports.com. Be sure to inspect any product you receive at the time of delivery, so that you can note the damages in detail on the shipping documents when signing for the delivery or refuse the shipment due to damage. These are the only ways that SP3i can file a claim with the shipping company and replace your purchase.
